Shipping and Return Policy

Prior authorization required prior to any return.

To return an eligible product, just send us an email or give us a call within 14 days of purchase. You may return any non-clearance/blowout, non custom item and choose between an exchange, refund to your credit card less shipping and a 25% restock fee less shipping. Shipping is actual shipping cost, not whatever discounted rate you may have paid. 15-30 days after purchase, there will be a 35% restocking fee. No returns will be authorized after 30 days of purchase. You will be sent a form either via email or fax with an RGA or RAN number.

Once a RGA/RAN has been issued, product must be received by us within 2 weeks of the date of issue or it will be void.

Merchandise must be in new unused condition to qualify for either credit or exchange.

Electronics items must still be in factory sealed packaging to qualify. If the seal is broken, we can not accept it for return.

Custom orders including logo orders are non returnable. Blow-out/clearance items are also non returnable.

Damage/Shipping Error: We all make mistakes. If we send you the wrong item or if the item is damaged in shipment, just let us know and we'll fix the problem right away at no additional cost to you.

If UPS returns to sender due to a missing suite, apartment or room number

we will contact you with a couple options. We will need your credit card number for both. IndustrialSafetyGear can ship the package again and charge your card for the additional shipping or you may elect to just get a credit back to your card less shipping. Please understand that this is to help keep costs down for everyone. UPS does charge us for shipping even it gets returned to sender. Please be sure to double check your shipping address for the correct suite or apartment number to avoid this.
